Donut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large size yeast cake
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt yeast in 2 cups warm water.
    Add flour and mix well with a wooden spoon.
    Cover and let set 1/2 hour.
    Add salt and let set until double in bulk.
    Batter will be soft and sticky.
    Drop batter by tablespoon in hot fat at 350\u00b0.
    Brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
    Dust with 10x sugar.
