Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and drain.
    Add rice, onion, celery, green pepper, sugar, tomato sauce and water.
    Bring to a boil and cover. Simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
