Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread (whole wheat or white), cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage links, cooked and sliced or cooked ham or bacon
    onions (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
    green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add all other ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in an 8 x 10-inch lightly greased pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    Great for a crowd.
