Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large apple, chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
    Remove chicken and stir in 1 cup plain yogurt.
    Blend well.
    Remove 1/4 cup of mixture, blend in 2 tablespoons flour and return to cooker.
    Add chicken back in and simmer to thicken.
    Serve over rice.
