Honeymoon Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4-inch to 1-inch fresh pork chops (same size)
    onion salt
    flour
    hot milk
    a little pepper and parsley (if desired)
Preparation
    Have freshly cut 3/4-inch to 1-inch pork chops.
    Use onion salt on both sides, then flour.
    Place in Pyrex baking dish to fit chops close together.
    Cover with hot milk to slightly cover chops.
    If desired, use a little pepper and parsley.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 hour.
    (More chops may take longer.)
    They are done when milk is gone and tops are lightly brown.
    Keeps well in low oven for 1/2 hour.
