Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Add other ingredients except crumbs. Put in casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
