Microwave Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 frying chicken, cut up and back and wing tips removed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    In paper bag, mix flour, salt and pepper with mustard; shake well.
    Brush the chicken pieces with lemon juice.
    Place a few pieces of chicken at a time in bag; shake until coated.
    Remove; shake off excess flour from chicken.
    Preheat 9-inch browning dish on High for 4 1/2 minutes.
    Add oil and butter; arrange chicken (skin down) without crowding.
    Cover loosely with waxed paper. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
    Turn chicken; sprinkle with paprika. Cook on High 3 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, with foil about 5 minutes before serving.
