Old Fisherman'S Baked Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. large, dried lima beans
    1/3 c. sorghum molasses
    1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    5 sprigs parsley
    3/4 lb. salt pork, sliced
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    2 qt. boiling water
    1 bay leaf
    2 sprigs celery leaf
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Rinse lima beans.
    Add to boiling water and boil for about 2 minutes. Remove from stove. Cover pot and let it stand for about 1 hour.
