Wild Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. long grain rice
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 medium red peppers, diced
    2 medium stalks celery, diced
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    In large saucepan, over high heat, bring rice and broth to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and most of liquid is absorbed.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand for 20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
