Chicken Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
2 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 ribs celery, chopped
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
dash of hot sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook chicken in water to cover and save broth.
Bone chicken; cut into small pieces.
In large, heavy saucepan, saute onions, garlic and celery in hot drippings.
Add parsley as mixture cooks. Add tomato sauce, soup, paste and seasonings.
