Spanish Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 T. butter or margarine
    1 c. tomatoes, cooked or canned
    1 t. worcestershire sauce
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/8 t. cayenne pepper
    2 c. lima beans, cooked, frozen or canned
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion and pepper slowly in butter until golden. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasonings and drained beans. Alternate layers of bean mixture and cheese in a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
