Strawberries & Cream Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 cups Sugar
    3 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    4 Eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
    1 (10-oz.) Pkg. Frozen Strawberries, thawed
    1/2 Cup Sour Cream
    1 Cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts or pecans are best)
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients together.
    Add all remaining ingredients & stir gently.
    DO NOT USE MIXER!
    Pour into greased Bundt pan, or 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan, and then remove onto cooling rack.
