Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown steak in oil in skillet.
    Place in slow cooker.
    Add soy sauce, bouillon cube, garlic, onion, bell pepper and 1 cup water. Cook for 5 to 6 hours or until tender.
    Stir in mixture of cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until thickened.
    Serve over hot brown rice.
