Bacon, Lettuce And Tomato Pizzas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
4 c. coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
4 roma tomatoes, cubed (about 1 c.)
1/4 c. sweet onion, chopped (optional)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towels and tear into bite size pieces and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomatoes and onion with mayonnaise.
Add bacon and toss a bit more.
