Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp
Preparation
    Blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
    Fold in celery and onion.
    Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Mash shrimp with a fork and add to mixture.
    Refrigerate several hours before serving. May be served with Fritos, Doritos or crackers.
    May be prepared 2 days in advance and allowed to marinate.
    Makes 1 quart.
