6 to 8 pieces bread, broken up
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. (1 pt. carton) half and half
4 to 6 eggs (depending on how \"eggy\" you like it)
salt
pepper
dry mustard (dash)
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain off grease.
Crumble up bread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
Layer cooked sausage, then grated cheese on bread.
