White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked pasta (penne works well)
2 (8 oz.) cans chopped clams (save liquid)*
1/4 c. olive oil
1 1/2 c. clam juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
