Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil sugar, corn syrup and milk to 238\u00b0 to 240\u00b0, the soft ball stage when tested in cold water.
Remove from the fire and add peanut butter and salt. Do not stir.
When cool, add vanilla and beat until creamy.
Pour into buttered tin and cut into squares.
