Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup melted margarine in a bowl.
    Stir in sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Combine corn flake crumbs and 1/2 cup melted margarine; sprinkle on top.
    Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
