Festive Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. graham crumbs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oats
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1 pkg. caramel candies
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine caramel candies and milk, in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramels are melted and wel blended.
