Cornish Hens And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 Cornish hens
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    white Port wine
Preparation
    Cover bottom of greased baking dish with rice (don't use seasoning package in rice mix).
    Add small amount of poultry seasoning.
    Mix soups and pour over rice.
    Top with birds that have soaked overnight in white Port wine (first drain birds). Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
