Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. nacho flavored Doritos
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone it and place in bottom of large casserole dish. Put chopped onion on top of chicken, then sliced cheese over onion. Put broken Doritos over cheese.
    Put soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes in blender; mix well. Pour over top of casserole. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Good with Mexican Salad.
