Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons (must use Pepperidge Farms)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; pour in souffle dish and top with croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
