Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3 c. Cheddar cheese
onion, minced
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Add flour to melted butter.
Add milk and heat on stove for 4 minutes.
Stir.
Add cheese and mix.
Heat on stove again until cheese has melted.
Add onions and salt and pepper if you desire.
