Beef With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cubed stew meat or sirloin or round steak
    2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 c. water
    1 envelope dried onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 cans (4 oz. each) mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Place beef in a large casserole and set aside.
    In a saucepan, combine soup, water, soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Stir and heat through.
    Pour over beef. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0. Bake 2 hours longer or until beef is tender.
