Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except crackers and place in a baking pan that has been sprayed with a vegetable spray.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
