Box Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 empty soda cans
cardboard box (at least 18 x 30-inches)
tape
heavy duty aluminum foil
baking rack or cooling rack

Preparation

Completely
line
the
inside
of the box with aluminum foil, shiny
side
out.
Secure the foil to the box with tape. To use oven, place
a
piece of foil on the ground
that is a little wider
and\tlonger\tthan the box.
Make sure the box is level. Set
the
soda cans on the foil and make sure they are stable. Put the rack on top of the cans.
Place coals on foil on the ground.
Place
item to be baked on the rack and cover with foil-lined box.
Make sure 1 corner of the box is propped up with a small rock to keep coals going.
