Mandarin Orange Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1 large can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add oranges and pineapple with juices.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Cool and chill until firm.
    Spread mayonnaise on top.
    Add cheese.
