Jiffy Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. light cream
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 lb.) can crabmeat
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. prepared stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix the cream and mayonnaise.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving a little stuffing for topping.
Place in a greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
