Savory Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef (round or chuck)
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Campbell's dry onion soup mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    6 medium potatoes, quartered
    6 carrots
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown meat in pan.
    Stir in soup mix and water.
    Cook 2 hours. Add vegetables and cook 45 minutes.
    Remove meat and vegetables. Add 1/4 cup water and flour, stir until smooth.
