Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread.
    Spread margarine lightly over the bread.
    Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain.
    Spoon sausage over bread slices.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
