Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Mix soup, water and lemon juice.
    Put on meat.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes or until real good and tender.
    Add peppers and cook 15 minutes longer.
    Stir occasionally.
