Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients over medium heat until thickened. Set aside to cool.
In large flat dish, put 1/2 of vanilla wafers in bottom.
Put a layer of 1/2 egg mixture, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 Cool Whip and 1/2 pecans.
Repeat and garnish with cherries, coconut and pecans.
