Ingredients

1 lb. grated coconut
2 large cans Carnation cream
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
4 Tbsp. margarine (room temperature)
4 pie crusts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add coconut, butter, sugar and flour.
Add cream. Divide evenly into four pie crusts*.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until light brown.
