Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep dish pie crusts, thawed and pricked
8 oz. Monterey Jack
4 oz. Cheddar cheese (mild)
1 small onion, diced
1 c. whipping cream
3 large eggs
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 lb. crab meat
2 lb. cooked shrimp
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Bake pie shells for 5 minutes.
Fill crust with seafood, shrimp, then crab meat.
Sprinkle cheese and onion over seafood.
