Fettuccine And Scallops With Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen scallops
    6 oz. packaged dried plain and /or spinach fettuccine or linguine
    3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    4 medium carrots, thinly sliced (2 c.)
    8 green onions, sliced (1 c.)
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Thaw scallops, if frozen.
    Cut any large scallops in half.
