Broccoli-Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 stack crackers, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain.
Mix with remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs and melted margarine and using only 1/2 can of Cheddar cheese soup.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with remaining 1/2 can of cheese soup.
Mix crushed crackers and melted margarine with fork. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
