Boston Scrod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 even-sized cod fillets
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. dry breadcrumbs
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a broiler tray.
    Brush with butter and broil for about 5 minutes. Combine remaining butter with breadcrumbs, mustard, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice and parsley.
    Spoon the mixture carefully on top of each fish fillet, covering it completely.
    Press down lightly to pack the crumbs into place. Broil for a further 5 to 7 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the fish flakes.
