Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/3 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) roll Kraft jalapeno pepper cheese, sliced
bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid.
Melt butter in pan, adding flour and onion.
Cook slowly and add broccoli liquid, stirring until smooth.
Add seasonings and cheese.
When cheese melts, add broccoli.
Put in shallow casserole and cover with bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6. Can be made day ahead and refrigerated until baked.
