Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato soup
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Add onion, green pepper, beef and rice to hot oil.
    Stir over high heat until lightly browned.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bring quickly to a boil.
    Cover tightly and simmer for 25 minutes.
    Yield: 4 servings.
