Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 1/2 c. grated Cheddar and Jack cheeses (more Jack than Cheddar)
    2 small (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Beat together and set aside the eggs, milk and flour.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Layer cheese, chilies and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done. (Knife inserted comes out clean.)
