Fruit Ripple Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs or substitute
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 small cans fruit pie filling (any fruit)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spread half of batter to 2/3 of batter on bottom of jelly roll pan.
    Top with fruit (I usually use two different kinds like:
    1/2 cherry and 1/2 apple).
    Drizzle rest of batter on top of fruit filling.
    Work in with fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
