Easy Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1\\2 C. Onion, chopped
1\\4 C. Green Pepper, chopped
1 lg. Garlic clove, crushed
2 Tbsp. salad Oil
2 C. (2 8oz. cans) Tomato Sauce
2\\3 C. Tomato Paste
1 1\\4 C. Water
1\\2 tsp. Oregeno Leaves, crushed
1\\4 tsp. Basil, crushed
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp. Sugar
1\\2 tsp. Salt
1\\8 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in medium saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, Reduce heat; boil gently, uncovered, 30 min. Remove Bay Leaf.
Serve over hot cooked pasta.
