Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. flour
1 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted oleo or butter
Preparation

Mix apples, white sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg well.
Place in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Combine 1/3 cup flour, 1 cup uncooked oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/3 c. melted oleo.
Spread over apple mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
