Ingredients

chicken (can be whole chicken, cutlets or anything in between)
honey
Dijon mustard
lemon juice
oregano
rosemary
pepper
salt
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients except the chicken in a cup or bowl to make the sauce.
After you wash and dry the chicken.
Coat the pieces or brush the whole bird with the mixture.
Reserve some sauce.
Bake the chicken in a pan coated with nonstick spray. Baste periodically with reserved sauce.
If the chicken gets too brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil until done.
