Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. boiling milk

Preparation

Beat eggs very well.
Add sugar, beat well again.
Add vanilla, flour and baking powder.
Mix well, then add boiling milk and blend in with spoon or whip.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. This cake is great for shortcake.
