Pan Fried Liver And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. bacon slices
    1 lb. calves liver, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, fry bacon until crisp over medium heat; drain well and keep warm.
    Pour off all the fat except 2 tablespoons from the skillet.
    Trim amy membrane from the edges of the liver.
    Salt and pepper and coat with flour.
    Fry over medium heat in hot fat for about 4 minutes, turning once.
    Fry crisp and brown on the outside.
    Place liver and bacon on warm platter and serve.
