No Crust Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve warm or cool with a spoon of whipped cream.
