Tater-Topped Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. sliced celery
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen fried potato nuggets
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a skillet, cook onion, celery and ground beef until the meat is brown and the vegetables are tender; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread soup over meat mixture.
Top with frozen potatoes.
