Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
20 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Beat egg whites, 1 cup sugar and baking powder well.
Add Ritz crackers, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in greased metal pie plate approximately 50 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Whip cream, vanilla and 2 teaspoons sugar.
Cover top and chill until served.
